The Meludia web application is having problems or is not working

If you are experiencing problems with the Meludia web application or website, we recommend that you perform a few tests and configuration checks before contacting us:

– Download the latest version of Google Chrome

– Keep only the Meludia tab open

If the problem persists, please contact us with as much information as possible, such as your device and operating system details, as well as a screen capture video of the issue. If the problem is located in a specific exercise, please send us the link of the exercise.
