How do I stop the automatic renewal of my subscription?
In order to stop the automatic renewal of your subscription, please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account

2. Once in your dashboard, click on the drop-down menu at the top right of the page

3. Go to the My Account page

4. Click on SUBSCRIPTION

5. Choose “Cancel my subscription”

Your subscription will no longer be renewed automatically.

Your account, however, remains active, which allows you to have access to all the exercises and continue to enjoy Meludia up until the end date of your subscription. If in the future you decide to renew or to take out a new subscription, you will be able to pick up where you left off!
